What’s that topic you wish you could learn just a little bit more about, to understand better? Or maybe it’s a topic that is being covered in a class, but you don’t have the base knowledge everyone else seems to? CAVU’s got what you need – our new Microlearning Sessions!

Our Microlearning Sessions are designed to be short bursts of learning that can get you a base understanding of a new concept or reinforce something you recently learned. We have Activities and Lessons. Activities are short, test your knowledge-style games you can take in less than five minutes. Our Lessons cover specific topics in 20 minutes or less.

 The Agile ToolKit is used by CAVU Scrum Masters to track fundamental team data and understand how fast the team is working and how well it is working. Some of the things it helps our Scrum Masters do is track the velocity of our teams and predict how many points we should bring into our Sprints. 

 As part of this microlearning lesson, you will get a copy of the Agile ToolKit and take a deep dive into using it to help your team move forward faster!
